This is a glimpse into the heart of my culinary world. Here is a showcase of the artistry, atmosphere, and tailored experiences I design for every event, from an intricately plated dish to a grand celebration.

This is one of my signature creations, Seared Scallop with a velvety Sol Kadhi sauce. I transformed a classic coastal drink into an elegant sauce, pairing it with perfectly seared scallops, caviar, and herb oil for a dish that is both familiar and surprising.

I believe the right ambiance is crucial to the dining experience. Here, I used towering floral arrangements, candelabras, and warm, layered lighting to create an intimate and luxurious setting for an evening event.

My interactive live stations are always a highlight. This custom Taco Bar brings the energy of a taqueria to your event, with guests building their own tacos from a variety of fresh fillings and house-made salsas.

I give as much thought to my cocktails as I do to my food. This is my Fig & Thyme Old Fashioned, made with a house-made fig jam, pecan coffee bitters, and a smoked cinnamon stick for an aromatic, multi-sensory drink experience.

My grazing tables are designed to be a feast for the eyes and the palate. This lavish spread features an abundance of artisanal cheeses, charcuterie, fresh fruits, dips, and breads, creating a welcoming centerpiece for any celebration.

For me, every plate is a canvas. The art of plating is about precision and care, arranging each element to create a dish that is as beautiful to look at as it is to eat.

No kitchen? No problem. Here is my team serving guests at a multi-cuisine buffet set against the stunning ruins of Hampi, proving that I can create an exceptional culinary experience anywhere in the world.

The final touch is everything. Here, I'm shaving fresh black truffle over a dish, adding that last layer of aroma and luxury that defines my culinary approach. It's these details that make an event unforgettable.

I had the honor of orchestrating an intimate sit-down dinner for 250 guests at a beautiful wedding. This video captures the scale and precision involved, from the four-course menu to the fully stocked cocktail bar, all timed perfectly.
