What I Bring to the Table

Food isn’t just something you eat, it’s an experience. I love cooking dishes that spark conversation and create real moments, whether it’s at your place or mine. My style mixes modern European techniques with Asian flavors - not your usual fusion, but something that feels fresh and memorable.

How It Works

You can choose to host a private dinner in your own home, where I’ll show up with my crew and turn your familiar space into a fine-dining spot. Or, you can book a table at my residence in Bangalore for a proper chef’s table vibe. Either way, expect the whole setup - fancy tableware, good glassware, and music that lifts the mood.

The Food

Every event gets a bespoke tasting menu experience, usually five courses, each dish plated up with a bit of drama and a story. I talk you and your guests through the menu, sharing what goes into each plate and why it’s there. I pay as much attention to custom vegetarian tasting menus as I do to the non-veg stuff. Think duck cured in five spice, salmon tartare, or my favorite mushroom creations.
