What I Bring to the Table

Food isn't just something you eat, it's an experience. My style mixes classical French and Modern European techniques with Asian flavours. Not your usual fusion, just something that feels fresh and memorable.

How It Works

A few ways you can have me cook for you:

  • At your home: I show up with my full crew and turn your space into a fine-dining setup for the evening.
  • At my place in Yelahanka: Book a seat at my chef's table for a pre-set seasonal tasting menu I curate.
  • On a staycation or getaway: I travel with my team to wherever you are headed and handle all your meals for the whole trip. Fully customisable, any cuisine you want.

I always bring my full team, kitchen crew and butlers. I don't do solo-chef bookings.

The Food

Every event gets a bespoke tasting menu, usually five courses, each dish plated with a bit of drama and a story. I walk you and your guests through the menu, sharing what goes into each plate. I pay as much attention to custom vegetarian tasting menus as I do to the non-veg stuff. Think duck cured in five spice, salmon tartare, or my favourite mushroom creations.

Good To Know

  • Lead time: at least 5 to 6 days for menu curation and ingredient sourcing.
  • Advance: 75% upfront to lock the date.
  • Transport: ₹2,000 standard within Bangalore. Outstation travel (flights, boarding, accommodation) charged separately.
  • On request I will also cook proper Indian dishes, a full Indian menu, not just Indian-spiced European.

My Story

Food isn't just food for me. It's about feeding folks, bringing people together, sharing stories over a table. I trained in classical French and Modern European technique, did my time at Auberge du Pommier in Toronto, and now I run Oxalis out of Yelahanka in Bangalore. My crew and I? We're all heart. We bring soulful flavours, music, and a vibe that feels like home. Whether it's a supper club at my place or a private dinner at yours, it's not just eating, it's memories, laughter, and that feeling you only get when the food hits right.
