Every event gets a bespoke tasting menu experience, usually five courses, each dish plated up with a bit of drama and a story. I talk you and your guests through the menu, sharing what goes into each plate and why it’s there. I pay as much attention to custom vegetarian tasting menus as I do to the non-veg stuff. Think duck cured in five spice, salmon tartare, or my favorite mushroom creations.
