About Women's Safety & Empowerment Workshops

I don't teach fancy movie moves that look good but fail when you're under stress. My workshops focus on the 'freeze, fight, flight' response—I teach you to control that panic and use basic leverage to break a grab, whether it’s a wrist pull or a ground pin. It’s not about being a fighter; it’s about having a set of mechanics you can rely on when your adrenaline spikes and your mind goes blank.
