Practical training that doesn't rely on brute strength. Learn how to handle real-world threats with techniques that actually work when you're under pressure.

Learning to defend yourself is the only way to survive. Here, one of my senior students demonstrates basic but effective grip-breaking techniques. You don't need to be strong, just smart.

Many fights end up on the ground, so it's critical to know what to do. This seminar clip shows techniques for controlling an opponent and escaping from a bottom position. Practice is what makes these moves effective.

You have two choices: learn to defend yourself or keep looking over your shoulder. In my self-defense workshops, I teach women practical techniques to be independent and strong.

Your safety is your responsibility. This Women's Day seminar focused on teaching real-world techniques, from grip breaks to ground escapes, to ensure you are capable of defending yourself.

It's better to be prepared than to have regrets later. This clip from our women's self-defense seminar shows participants practicing how to escape from common grabs and holds.

True freedom is being able to defend yourself. This poster was for our Republic Day special seminar, where we focused on functional fitness and authentic self-defense for women.

"I can at least keep myself safe." This is the kind of confidence I want to build. Listen to a participant share her experience after her first self-defense seminar with me.

"It's not about the power, it's the understanding of the body." A testimonial from a participant who learned that self-defense is about technique and mechanics, not just brute force.

"At least we have the confidence that we don't feel unsafe when we go out." Hear from a participant on why every girl should learn basic self-defense tricks to protect herself.

"There's just basic techniques through which you can get away." A participant shares her key takeaway that you don't need a lot of strength, just the right skills to handle a dangerous situation.

About Women's Safety & Empowerment Workshops

I don't teach fancy movie moves that look good but fail when you're under stress. My workshops focus on the 'freeze, fight, flight' response—I teach you to control that panic and use basic leverage to break a grab, whether it’s a wrist pull or a ground pin. It’s not about being a fighter; it’s about having a set of mechanics you can rely on when your adrenaline spikes and your mind goes blank.

Real Skills for Real Situations

Most people think self-defense is about being faster or stronger than an attacker. That is a dangerous myth. In my workshops, we focus on the psychology of the situation. You learn how to identify potential threats before they escalate, how to set verbal boundaries, and when it is actually smarter to walk away. My approach, which pulls from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), prioritizes body mechanics over raw power.

What You Will Actually Learn

We strip away the fluff. You will spend time on the mat mastering:

  • Grip Breaks & Clinch Control: How to escape from wrist grabs, hair pulls, and unwanted holds without needing to 'win' a physical fight.
  • Ground Survival: If you are pushed to the ground, you need to know how to get back up safely. We drill technical stand-ups and defensive positioning so you aren't stuck.
  • Stress Simulation: It is easy to do a move perfectly in a quiet room. It is hard to do it when your heart is racing. We use pressure tests to ensure you can perform under stress.

Who This Is For

Whether you are a student, a working professional, or a parent looking to prepare your daughter, these workshops provide the foundation. You do not need to be an athlete to start. You just need to show up and be willing to do the work. Karna hai toh karna hai—if you want to be safe, you have to put in the time to learn the skills.

I’m Anand. I grew up getting bullied, so I know that strength isn't just about muscles; it's about not being a victim. I teach because I want you to walk out of my gym knowing that if someone tries to grab you, you know exactly what to do.
