I teach kids to be confident, not aggressive. We build real-world skills through BJJ, striking drills, and breathing exercises to help them handle bullies and stay focused.

I believe in starting them young so they grow up unstoppable. Here, kids are learning basic Muay Thai and boxing, building discipline, coordination, and the confidence to stand up for themselves.

This is what our kids' program looks like. We mix practical skills like boxing and grappling with meditation to build a complete foundation. They learn to be strong, focused, and have fun doing it.

A strong foundation is key. This young student is practicing her kickboxing form, learning the fundamentals of striking that will build her confidence and character.

Even on day one, kids learn practical skills. This is a self-defense clinch technique, teaching them how to control a situation up close and create space to get away safely.

Every small victory builds great confidence. Here we are celebrating a good round of practice. It's important to learn, execute, find mistakes, and repeat the process with a positive mindset.

We don’t just teach fighting; we teach situational awareness and emotional control. Every session combines BJJ grappling and striking drills with dedicated pranayama and meditation. This isn't a class where kids learn flashy moves. We use games to build actual muscle memory—like grip escapes and posture control—so they know exactly how to create space and get to safety when it counts.
