I teach kids to be confident, not aggressive. We build real-world skills through BJJ, striking drills, and breathing exercises to help them handle bullies and stay focused.
I believe in starting them young so they grow up unstoppable. Here, kids are learning basic Muay Thai and boxing, building discipline, coordination, and the confidence to stand up for themselves.

About Anti-Bullying & Self-Defense for Kids
We don’t just teach fighting; we teach situational awareness and emotional control. Every session combines BJJ grappling and striking drills with dedicated pranayama and meditation. This isn't a class where kids learn flashy moves. We use games to build actual muscle memory—like grip escapes and posture control—so they know exactly how to create space and get to safety when it counts.
Real Defense, Not Movie Moves
The biggest fight happens in the head. Before a child throws a punch, they need to learn how to stand tall, make eye contact, and set verbal boundaries. In this academy, we focus on de-escalation first. If saying 'STOP' or walking away diffuses a bully, that's a win. Physicality is the last resort.

- BJJ for Ground Safety: If a child is pushed, knowing how to do a breakfall and a 'technical stand-up' is crucial. We use Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to teach leverage, not brute strength.
- Striking & Clinch Control: We teach basic Muay Thai and boxing mechanics for self-defense, focusing on creating distance, not just trading punches.
- Mindfulness: Kids face immense pressure. Our integration of yoga and breathing exercises helps them manage stress during confrontations.
