When we talk about mind and body in this basement gym, it means learning to control your breathing while someone is trying to pass your guard or pin you down. We use pranayama to lower your heart rate mid-sparring and meditation to manage ego, so you learn the discipline to walk away from a fight rather than picking one just to prove a point.
