Yoga se hi hoga. On International Yoga Day, we celebrate the connection between mind and body. Yoga is an essential part of our training for flexibility, balance, and mental clarity.

My father taught me to never let "I" get in the way. The moment you think you've become something, you stop growing. This is a clip from my podcast on the psychology of improvement.

About Mind & Body: Philosophy and Wellness

Don't expect soft yoga classes with incense and background music here. When we talk about mind and body in this basement gym, it means learning to control your breathing while someone is trying to pass your guard or pin you down. We use pranayama to lower your heart rate mid-sparring and meditation to manage ego, so you learn the discipline to walk away from a fight rather than picking one just to prove a point.

  • Discipline Over Motivation: Motivation is fleeting. It gets you to the gym once. Discipline gets you there on the days you want to quit. My training philosophy centers on consistency—'karna hai toh karna hai' (if you have to do it, you have to do it).
