Practical Self-Defense and Real MMA Training

I work to build confidence that you can defend yourself and your loved ones. This confidence comes from relentless practice in a safe environment, learning to handle bad situations so you don't have to fear them.
I believe in starting them young so they grow up unstoppable. Here, kids are learning basic Muay Thai and boxing, building discipline, coordination, and the confidence to stand up for themselves.
A common fear is being pinned on the ground. I teach simple, effective Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu techniques to escape this situation. It's not about strength; it's about using leverage to unbalance your attacker and get to safety.

In a real fight, control is everything. I teach the principle of 'position over submission' in my BJJ and grappling classes. Here, we are drilling a triangle choke, focusing on maintaining control before looking for the finish.
When someone attacks you with a stick, staying calm is your best weapon. I teach you to assess the situation and close the distance safely, neutralizing the threat before it can cause serious damage.
The biggest fight is in your head. I teach kids pranayama and meditation to increase their lung capacity, sharpen their minds, and improve focus. A calm mind is a strong mind.
Defend her, and she's safe for a day. Teach her to defend herself, and she's safe for a lifetime. This is the core of my philosophy, especially when it comes to empowering the next generation.

Forget movie-style fighting. My training focuses on leverage over brute strength, teaching you how to escape from dangerous ground pins or handle sudden grabs. You will learn to control your natural panic response and act instinctively, because in a real situation, hesitation is the only thing that gets you hurt.
Training That Works in the Real World
There is no 'mcdojolife' here. I only teach techniques that are tested and proven to hold up when the pressure is on. Whether it is Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) for ground survival, clinch control, or simple striking for escape, the goal is the same: get home safe.
My Approach to Safety
- Mental Toughness: The biggest fight happens in your head. We work on pranayama and mindfulness to keep you calm, because a panicked mind forgets the technique.
- No Ego Allowed: We train with respect. If you come in looking for a fight, this is not the place for you. We focus on discipline, focus, and practical application.
