MMA & Grappling Training
Master functional fighting. No ego, no fluff—just real Muay Thai, BJJ, and wrestling techniques that actually work under pressure.
This is what it's like to train at Omjiujitsu. From wrestling takedowns to boxing drills, we cover all ranges of combat to make you a well-rounded martial artist.
It was a great session training Muay Thai with our friend and fighter from Japan. Iron sharpens iron, and we are always learning from each other.

Showing the path means nothing if you can't encourage them to walk on it. Here I am addressing the class before we begin our training, setting the intention for the session.
Training while having fun, that's our motto. A group of our students posing after a tough but rewarding Gi Jiu-Jitsu session.
Grit, passion, commitment, and compassion. These are the qualities that define our team. I'm proud of this brotherhood we've built on the mats.
A bunch of smiling faces after trying to kill each other for two hours. That's the spirit of Jiu-Jitsu. We push each other to the limit and then help each other up.
Our Wednesday wrestling crew. We focus on takedowns, control, and the relentless pressure that defines the art of wrestling.
About MMA & Grappling Training
You will quickly learn that ego is the first thing to lose on the mat. In my classes, we do not just drill strikes; we practice specific skills like the technical stand-up and BJJ escapes. It does not matter how strong you are if you cannot get off your back or handle an opponent. Come prepared for the reality of the sport, because we do not do movie choreography here.
Martial arts are about efficiency, not looking good. Whether you are training for competition or just want a reality check on your fitness, our program at Om BJJ & MMA Academy focuses on functional movement. We break down the 'how' and 'why' of every move, from Muay Thai striking combinations to the intricate ground control of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ).
Why Our Training Is Different
We don't do 'McDojolife' here. You are going to get tired, you are going to get pushed, and you are going to learn. Our curriculum covers:
- Striking: Muay Thai and boxing drills that focus on speed, timing, and accuracy.
- Grappling: Wrestling takedowns and BJJ guard work to control opponents on the ground.
- Conditioning: Strength and mobility drills that translate to the mat, not just the mirror.
The Psychology of Training
Karna hai toh karna hai. The biggest fight is always in your head. When you are gassed out in the third round or pinned by a heavier opponent, that is when the real training begins. We emphasize mental toughness as much as physical capability. My students learn that strength is not about having big muscles; it is about staying calm under pressure, managing your breathing, and knowing when to execute the right technique.
We train in a professional, no-ego environment at our Sector 46 facility in Gurugram. If you are ready to stop guessing and start training, step onto the mats. The results will come, provided you do the work.
