I was honored to be invited to Artemis Hospital to conduct a women's self-defense seminar. We focused on creating awareness and teaching simple, life-saving skills.

At HSV Global School, we focused on teaching students that staying calm and aware is half the battle. Parents need to understand that you can't be with your kids all the time; they must learn to protect themselves.
