Community Health & Medical Outreach
Giving back to the community is a core part of my practice. Beyond individual consultations, I organize medical camps to bring vital healthcare and nutrition advice closer to those who need it most.
Continuing my father's vision, we organized a medical camp offering free vital checks, doctor consultations, and diet advice. Here I am providing a personalized diet consultation to one of the attendees.
Our team at the medical camp, distributing medicines and providing care. We successfully served over 350 people, offering them access to essential healthcare services.
A glimpse of the bustling activity at our community medical camp. It's incredibly fulfilling to see so many people benefit from the free consultations and health checks.
Every person deserves access to healthcare. Here, a volunteer is conducting a blood sugar test for an elderly gentleman at our free medical camp. It's these small acts of service that make a big impact.
About Community Outreach
These camps are about more than just numbers on a blood pressure monitor. We sit down with individuals to understand their daily food habits, explain why certain small changes—like switching oils or fixing meal timings—matter, and ensure everyone leaves with a plan they can actually follow at home.
Health isn't just about what happens inside my clinic in Dwarka; it's about making sure the right information reaches the people who need it. When I organize these community camps, my goal is to bridge the gap between medical awareness and actual daily action.
What We Do at Our Camps
- Holistic Checks: We combine vital screenings—like blood sugar, BP, and BMI—with face-to-face consultations. It is not just about identifying a problem; it is about explaining what you can do about it using your kitchen pantry.
- Simplified Nutrition: I focus on explaining the 'why' behind food choices. Instead of giving out generic 'do-not-eat' lists, we look at how to modify traditional family recipes to better manage conditions like diabetes, acidity, or high blood pressure.
- Community Impact: It has been incredibly fulfilling to serve over 350 people through these initiatives. Seeing someone realize that they don't need expensive supplements, but just a better understanding of 'Roti-Dal' balance, is why I do this.
This is a continuation of my father’s vision to serve the community, and it keeps me grounded. Whether you are coming to my clinic or meeting me at a camp, the advice remains the same: no fads, no extreme restrictions, just sustainable, home-cooked food that works for your body.
