I’ve seen in 25+ years that sustainable changes come from tuning in to your body and enjoying what you eat—especially in India where food is such a big part of our celebrations. Ghabraiye nahin (don’t stress), we’ll keep it real and guilt-free.

My Story

Namaste, I’m Seema Singh. Nutrition is my passion, but I’m not just about diets and calories. PagalPanti Bhi Jaroori Haiii! Festivals, travel, Holi colours, and my Mahakumbh trip - all add spice to my life. My daughter and Coco (my Havanese dog) keep me grounded and smiling. Awards are nice, but writing ‘Hormonal Harmony’ felt like true anand ki anubhuti. My motto? Listen to your heart, live every moment.
