My philosophy for a healthy life is simple and sustainable. It's a positive cycle: it starts with positive thinking, which helps you feel good. Did you enjoy the festivities? I always say, don't deprive yourself! After some overeating, this green juice is my favorite way to detox. It helps with puffiness and water retention caused by extra salt. Just blend white petha (ash gourd), coriander, mint, and one amla for a simple post-festival reset.

I had the pleasure of presenting my book, "Hormonal Harmony," to my friend Dr. Amit Javed, a renowned GI and Onco Surgeon. The book is a guide to understanding the hormonal journey for both men and women. It's my hope that it helps many people manage their symptoms and find balance.
