About My Professional Journey & Recognition
Beyond the awards and stages, my work is grounded in thousands of hours spent in clinical settings like Fortis and Apollo. Whether I am consulting for marathon runners or helping manage chronic conditions, I rely on evidence-based protocols that prioritize what is already in your kitchen pantry rather than expensive or exotic supplements.
My path in nutrition began with a focus on clinical rigor. After serving as HOD at Fortis and working alongside bariatric and metabolic teams at Apollo and Manipal, I realized that patients needed more than just a diet chart. They needed a translator for medical advice.
Recognition like the Dwarka Ratna 2023 or the Women Economic Forum award is a validation of the work I do every day in my clinic. These accolades represent a commitment to the field, but my real focus remains on the individual in front of me. Whether I am presenting at a Soy Summit or discussing food safety in a webinar, my message stays consistent: prevention is the key.
My approach avoids the noise of the wellness industry. I do not advocate for liquid diets or sudden fasting. Instead, I focus on the basics of protein, fiber, and gut health. I have learned that the most sustainable change happens when we stop treating food as a enemy and start using it as medicine. From managing PCOD and thyroid markers to simply helping someone regain their energy, my practice is built on a foundation of 24 years of observed results. If you are looking for a plan that respects your lifestyle while managing your clinical needs, this is where we begin.
