Ayurveda is about more than just clinic visits; it is about building a healthier community. Here is a look at my work in spreading wellness through local health camps, events, and collaborations across Mumbai.

For Women's Day, I had the privilege of conducting a health camp for the women of Palghar district. It is my passion to give back to the community by offering free Ayurvedic consultations and medicines, helping women take charge of their health.

I was honored to have MLA Prakash Surveji inaugurate the Aayuttam Ayurvedic Clinic. His support for promoting Ayurveda and Yoga in our community is invaluable, and I am grateful for his encouragement.

Here we are at the inauguration of a Yoga information booklet. Spreading awareness about traditional wellness practices like Yoga and Ayurveda is a core part of my mission.

I was deeply honored to be recognized at the Panchabhautik Applicon 2023. This appreciation from my peers motivates me to continue working hard and sharing the profound wisdom of Panchabhautik Ayurveda.

It was an honor to be invited as the chief guest at the Brahma Kumaris' 12 Jyotirling Darshan event. Their work on balancing the mind through Rajyog meditation aligns perfectly with Ayurveda's principles of a healthy mind in a healthy body.

About My Journey in Ayurveda

My work often extends beyond the consultation room because true health is a community effort. Whether it is conducting free health camps for women or collaborating with organizations to align mental and physical well-being, I believe in making traditional wisdom accessible to everyone. If you have been looking for a practitioner who is deeply rooted in local health initiatives and values the intersection of lifestyle and ancient science, let us connect.

Beyond the Clinic: A Commitment to Wellness

Ayurveda is not meant to be hidden away in books; it is a living science. My journey has taken me from the quiet of my consultation rooms in Kandivali and Vile Parle to the bustling energy of community health camps in Palghar. These events are where I see the true power of Ayurveda in action, helping people understand that simple changes often yield the biggest results.

Why Community Work Matters

  • Bridging Tradition and Modern Life: By participating in events with organizations like the Brahma Kumaris, I aim to show how Rajyog meditation and Ayurvedic principles both work to balance the mind and body. Health is not just the absence of disease; it is the presence of balance.
  • Direct Impact: Through camps, I offer Pulse Diagnosis (Nadi Pariksha) and free consultations to those who may not otherwise access specialized care. It allows me to explain the role of 'aam' (toxins) in common ailments and guide individuals toward immediate, actionable diet and lifestyle corrections.
  • Continuous Learning: Recognition from peers, such as my time at the Panchabhautik Applicon, motivates me to refine my practice. It reinforces that the path I am on—focusing on the root cause rather than symptoms—is the most effective way to help my patients.

Integrating These Principles Into Your Life

Everything you see in these images—the camps, the collaborations, the public speaking—is an extension of how I treat my patients. When you visit my clinic or join me for an online consultation, you receive the same dedication. We look at your 'Prakriti' (body constitution), analyze your 'Agni' (digestive fire), and build a path forward that works for your specific life. If you are ready to stop managing symptoms and start healing the root cause, I am here to help you get started.
