I believe healthy living should be accessible to everyone, from school children in our classrooms to busy professionals at home. Here is how I work, share knowledge, and build a culture of health across Delhi.

I had an incredible experience at a school camp in Delhi, speaking to kids about healthy eating. Fueling young minds and bodies with the right knowledge is something I am very passionate about.

It was wonderful to see the students so engaged during the awareness program on healthy diet. Answering their questions and sparking their curiosity about nutrition was truly rewarding.

Here I am, interacting with a classroom full of students. My goal is to make nutrition fun and engaging, ditching lectures for interactive discussions and practical tips.
