My Approach to Sustainable Nutrition and Wellness
I believe healthy living should be accessible to everyone, from school children in our classrooms to busy professionals at home. Here is how I work, share knowledge, and build a culture of health across Delhi.
I had an incredible experience at a school camp in Delhi, speaking to kids about healthy eating. Fueling young minds and bodies with the right knowledge is something I am very passionate about.
It was wonderful to see the students so engaged during the awareness program on healthy diet. Answering their questions and sparking their curiosity about nutrition was truly rewarding.
Here I am, interacting with a classroom full of students. My goal is to make nutrition fun and engaging, ditching lectures for interactive discussions and practical tips.
A view from the back of the classroom during my health awareness session. Leading by example and showing the next generation the value of healthy habits is a core part of my mission.
Engaging with students and teachers alike is key to building a culture of health in schools. These sessions are about creating a positive and supportive environment for learning about wellness.
I love exploring healthy food options wherever I go. Here I am reviewing a delicious and nutritious salad bowl from a local spot in Delhi.
About My Approach & Community Work
My work goes beyond one-on-one consulting. Whether I am leading health workshops in schools to teach kids about nutrition or reviewing local salad options to show that healthy eating fits into a busy life, my goal is to make wellness practical. It is never about rigid rules, but about understanding what fuels your body best.
My work is driven by one simple belief: nutrition should not be a mystery. Over the last 16 years, I have moved beyond the clinic walls to engage with communities directly. Whether I am sitting in a school classroom in Delhi teaching students about the importance of hydration during sports or speaking on podcasts about hormonal balance, my aim is to demystify health.
Many people think a dietitian is only someone you visit when you have a medical issue. I want to change that. By educating younger generations and sharing tips on everything from local cafe choices to pantry staples, I help build a culture of wellness that is easy to follow.
My philosophy is rooted in reality. We strip away the fad diets and the confusion. We focus on the 'Desi' wisdom—ghee, millets, and seasonal vegetables—that our bodies actually recognize. When you work with me, you are not signing up for a restrictive chart. You are learning how to listen to your body’s signals, whether it is for PCOS management, weight loss, or simply fighting chronic fatigue.
If you are tired of counting calories or feeling guilty about your favorite meals, let us talk. I provide personalized support, regular check-ins, and the practical knowledge you need to sustain your progress long after our sessions end.
