  • “Eat smarter, not less” is my motto. No starving, no cutting out your favourite foods forever.
  • Every nutrition plan is built around your body, your routine, and what you actually like to eat (veg, non-veg, whatever works for you).
  • We’ll create a healthy calorie deficit diet, but nothing extreme. You’ll learn how to get enough protein, balance meals, and time them right.
  • Movement is non-negotiable, but we’ll keep it doable. Strength training a couple times a week, some fun cardio, and simple habits like daily steps or post-meal walks.
  • Sleep and stress? Both matter. We’ll work on getting you proper rest and finding easy ways to manage stress, like yoga or just a walk.
