We create space for you to step away from the noise, reconnect with your breath, and find stillness in nature's quietest corners.

Our Himalayan yoga retreat is an invitation to embark on an inward journey of rediscovery. This video captures the essence of our 8-day pilgrimage, tracing a path through majestic, snow-capped peaks and alongside the sacred Ganga river, where the high prana of the mountains revitalizes the mind, body, and soul.

In the calm of our shala, we begin our practice together, honoring the sun with the ancient chants of Surya Namaskar. This guided flow demonstrates how we synchronize breath with movement, moving from Asana to Asana as a collective, creating a shared energy that deepens each individual's sadhana.

A retreat is more than a series of yoga poses; it is a collection of moments that quiet the senses and open the heart. This reel shares glimpses of our time together: a walk towards the sunset, quiet conversations by a bonfire, and a candlelit meditation, all held within a space of simple, heartfelt warmth.

Mantra Sadhana is a practice of resonance, where the vibration of our chant harmonizes our inner and outer worlds. Here, we explore the Gayatri Mantra, feeling how its sacred sounds quiet the mind and awaken a profound sense of unity, demonstrating a key part of our philosophical teachings.

We practice Ahimsa, or non-harm, not just in our actions but also on our mats. This posture, a deep Anjaneyasana or crescent lunge variation, is not about pushing to a limit but about finding a balance of stability and comfort, embodying a peaceful approach to our physical practice against the vastness of the evening sky.

The misty hills of the Nilgiris offer a different kind of sanctuary. These memories from our tea estate retreat capture the joy of mindful hiking on mountain trails, the laughter shared during kirtan, and the strong bonds formed within our small community, showing the vibrant energy of our shorter, 5-day escapes.

True quiet is found within. Here, a practitioner sits in Sukhasana (Easy Pose) for a moment of meditation against the beautiful, earthy backdrop of our retreat center's jali wall. This image reflects the importance we place on creating serene spaces for introspection and cultivating Sakshi Bhava, the state of the detached witness.

About this collection

We believe yoga is not just about the mat, but the environment where you unroll it. Whether it is the high-prana air of the Garhwal Himalayas or the quiet mist of a Nilgiri tea estate, our retreats are designed to help you step out of the daily rush. These visuals capture the moments when our practice meets nature, from shared chanting by the Ganga to silent mornings in a heritage bungalow. We do not offer vacations; we offer a shift in perspective.

Our retreats are built on the principle of Sadhana, the dedicated path of practice. We move beyond standard physical exercises to focus on how we breathe, how we sit, and how we observe the world around us.

Where We Practice

The Himalayan Sadhana (8 Days): Hosted in the high-altitude landscapes of Rishikesh and Harsil. We practice by the sacred Ganga, incorporating high-altitude pranayama and temple visits that ground us in the local culture and terrain.

Nilgiri Tea Estate Immersion (5 Days): A shorter escape into the misty mountains. We focus on restorative Hatha yoga and sound healing, using the plantation trails for mindful walking and meditation.

Why Our Approach Differs

We keep our groups small because community connection is a vital part of the journey. You will not find rigid schedules here. Instead, you will find a balance of vigorous morning Hatha, evening restoration, and space to simply be.

We provide home-cooked, vegetarian meals and comfortable, authentic stays in heritage bungalows or boutique mountain houses. We ask only that you arrive with an open mind and a readiness to look inward. Whether you are a beginner curious about meditation or a regular practitioner seeking to deepen your understanding of philosophy, there is a place for you in our circle.

We are not here to give you answers, but to help you see the path for yourself. Yashwanth started this journey to share the light he found through practice, moving away from rigid routines toward something that feels like coming home. We keep our groups small and our hearts open, focusing on connection over perfection.
