1-on-1 Personal Coaching Bundle
Core Service
- 5 Private Sessions: 60-minute intensive sessions where the coach is in the water or on deck solely focused on you.
- Personalized Roadmap: Customized training plan based on the GROW model (Goal, Reality, Options, Will), covering anything from overcoming fear of water to triathlon stroke correction.
- Schedule Flexibility: Dates and timings chosen by the client rather than rigid group batch timings.
Facility & Comfort
- Premium Pool Access: Entry fees to high-end facilities (e.g., 50m Olympic pool at BCU or Heated/Covered pool at Coolulu) included.
- Lane Priority: Access to a designated coaching lane, avoiding the chaos of public lap swimming hours.
- Training Aids: Usage of academy kickboards, pull buoys, and fins (Client must bring own swimsuit, cap, and goggles).
Terms & Conditions
- Validity: Strict usage window (typically to be finished within 2 to 3 weeks).
- Cancellation: Classes must be cancelled more than 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture; no refunds once the batch starts.
Duo Semi-Private Coaching
Coaching & Structure
- Small Group Attention: 1 Coach to 2 Students ratio (1:2).
- Unified Curriculum: Both participants work on similar goals (e.g., both learning freestyle) or compatible drills during the session.
- 5 Scheduled Sessions: 60 minutes per session.
Facility Access
- Shared Lane Access: Exclusive use of a training lane for the duo.
- Amenities: Access to changing rooms, showers, and lockers (locks usually to be brought by user).
- Equipment: Use of academy training aids (noodles, boards) for both participants.
Requirements
- Gear: Both participants must possess proper swimwear, silicone caps (for long hair), and anti-fog goggles.
- Medical Declaration: Mandatory health assessment and declaration before starting.

Prerequisites
- Skill Level Check: Participants must be able to swim 25m to 50m comfortably.
- Focus: These are upskilling sessions for intermediates, not for beginners learning to swim.

What To Expect
- One-on-one swim lessons for all ages, or bring your family or a group of friends - we keep it flexible.
- Start with an assessment (sometimes with your doc's go-ahead) to check your current level and set your goals.
- We work together to map out steps: what you want, where you are, and how we’ll get you there.
- Sessions happen at different locations, including a 7ft deep Olympic pool (only for those already okay in deep water), plus spots in Koramangala and Domlur.
Specialty Workshops
- Overcome fear of deep water: Short, focused sessions that help you gain confidence, practice safe jumps, and learn to stay calm even when it's not shallow.
- Swim technique workshops: Dive starts, flip turns, and more - perfect if you're looking to shave seconds off your time or just swim smarter.
- Aqua Fitness: Fun, full-body workouts in the pool. No swimming skills required, just show up and move!

My Story
Hey, I’m Nisha. Been in the pool since I was tiny, even made it to Sydney Olympics (yep, wild ride!). After hanging up my racing cap, I just couldn’t ditch swimming, so started this academy. Our ‘Marlins’ (kids) and ‘Jellies’ (grown-ups—long story, involves jellyfish in Goa!) are like family now. We train, joke, sometimes get stung, but always stick together. For me, it’s not just medals, it’s confidence, friends, and a good laugh.
My Work
All kinds of swim classes - Parent-toddler swimming, kids to adults, ladies-only, competitive Marlins, Jellies for open water, personal coaching, and aqua fitness.
Swim anytime, any weather - Over 12 pools in Bangalore, many temperature-controlled or indoors. Even have a 50m Olympic pool for serious swimmers.
Fun and safety first - We keep things light and friendly, but safety’s strict. All coaches are AUSTSWIM certified and trained for emergencies.
