Real Swimming Journeys and Transformations
See how people from all walks of life are hitting their goals in the water, from conquering fear to completing an Ironman.
This swimmer's journey to her first Ironman 70.3 is so inspiring. Five months ago, she could barely swim four laps. Today, she's clocking nearly 3km in a session. It shows that with persistence and the right guidance, you can achieve incredible things.
It's a privilege to be part of such a supportive community. This swimmer, training for her Ironman, is surrounded by people who push their limits and inspire each other every single day. That's the environment we strive to create.
The magic is in the consistency. This triathlete's journey taught her that showing up for the early morning swims and putting in the hours is where the real progress happens. We are so proud of her dedication.
From being scared of the water to swimming butterfly and front crawl. This swimmer's progress is amazing to see. It’s a testament to his hard work and the power of starting with the fundamentals and building from there.
When you truly fall in love with the water, you start having fun and experimenting. Look at Pallavi doing a perfect water handstand after her session. This is what confidence in the water looks like!
Meet my youngest trainee, Sharda Somani, who also happens to be my mother! It's never too late to start your swimming journey, and we are so excited to have her learning with us.
It's okay to ask for help. Here, one of our coaches is working closely with a group of adult learners, providing personalized feedback and encouragement in the water.
About this collection
We don't do cookie-cutter batches here. Whether you are nervous about deep water or training for an Ironman, we use a simple framework called GROW—Goal, Reality, Options, Will—to build a roadmap just for you. My team sits with you, looks at where you are today, and figures out exactly how to get you swimming with confidence, rather than just completing laps.
It is not just about getting in the pool; it is about the journey. We have seen everyone from toddlers to 80-year-olds find their rhythm and confidence in our lanes.
Overcoming Water Phobia
If the idea of deep water makes you anxious, you are not alone. We specialize in the 'fearful to fearless' transition. We use gradual, controlled drills that help you turn that panic into peace. You will learn to stay calm, practice safe entries, and eventually, love being in the water as much as we do.
Technical Upskilling
For those who are already comfortable but want to swim smarter, we bridge the gap between casual swimming and technique mastery. We tackle the specific stuff—flip turns, dive starts, and streamlining—to help you shave seconds off your timing or simply improve your efficiency.
Our Community
Our academy is a second home. Whether you are training at our 50m Olympic pool at BCU or one of our indoor, temperature-controlled facilities in Koramangala, you are part of a family. We have 'Marlins' for the kids and 'Jellies' for the grown-ups. We train together, race together, and celebrate every badge and milestone. Safety is our non-negotiable priority, so all our coaches are AUSTSWIM certified and trained in First Aid and CPR, ensuring your environment is safe while you focus on your personal growth.
Nisha Millet Swimming Academy
I am Nisha, and I have been in the pool since I was tiny. After Sydney, I knew I could not just leave swimming behind, so I started this academy to help turn 'I can't' into 'Look at me go!' We are a family here—training, laughing, and getting better together.
