About Swimming Lessons
Jump In With Sasthapools
I get that the pool can feel intimidating at first, but at Sasthapools, it’s more like a second home. We make sure everyone—tiny tots, teens, grownups—finds their own rhythm in the water. I see swimming as more than just moving arms and legs, it’s about building real confidence and having fun.
Classes for Every Age
- For babies and toddlers (6 months+), I run parent-child sessions where it’s mostly about early water exposure and basic water safety for kids. No pressure, just play and bonding.
- Kids’ lessons start with beginner swimming classes—first we float, blow bubbles, master basic strokes. Later, if they’re keen, we move to advanced stuff like butterfly and diving.
- Adults, don’t think it’s too late! Whether you want to learn to swim as an adult or just get comfortable, I keep it supportive and chill.
- Ladies-only swimming sessions are available for those who want privacy—no awkwardness, just swimming.
My Approach
- All our coaches are certified and seriously passionate. We’re strict about safety but not stiff with rules.
- I mix pool time with some dry-land fitness—helps with strength and stamina.
- The vibe is friendly and easy-going, not a bootcamp.
More Than Weekly Lessons
- Summer camps are our big hit—slots fill up fast but they’re great for leveling up.
- If you’re eyeing competitions, I offer swim training for competitions with focus on strokes, endurance, and race tactics.
What You Get For Life
