High-Energy Fitness Coaching and Bodybuilding
I am Nischitha. My fitness journey is a mix of high-energy Zumba, intense bodybuilding, and a whole lot of heart, designed to help you show up for yourself even on the days it feels hardest.
This is what my coaching is about: raw power and pushing past your limits. I’m not just counting reps; I’m right there in the grind with you, flipping the tire and fighting for that next level of strength.
Fitness should also be fun, and my Zumba sessions are pure energy. Here I am leading a warm-up at the Allstate India Walkathon, bringing the fire and getting everyone moving. We dance, we sweat, and we feel alive.
While many focus on just biceps and abs, we build powerful foundations. This is the result of discipline and smart training, developing strong quads and glutes that support your entire fitness journey.

I run a 14-week strength transformation program that focuses on building sustainable discipline, starting with live 6:30 AM sessions to set your day up right. I am not just a trainer who counts reps, I am in the trenches with you, keeping the energy high and the focus on what actually matters, feeling alive, strong, and consistent, even when life feels chaotic.
Fitness for me is about survival, dopamine, and the power of showing up. My approach merges the intensity of bodybuilding with the joy of dance, creating a space where everyone, from pro athletes to beginners, can find their rhythm.

For those looking to build real muscle, my programs go beyond basic lifting. We focus on hypertrophy, compound lifts, and biomechanical efficiency. I work with clients across Bengaluru, including spots like Cult Yelahanka and HRX JP Nagar, ensuring you learn to train smart. If you are prepping for a stage, I provide competition-specific mentorship, covering everything from posing drills to peak week nutrition management.
Dance Fitness and Energy
My Zumba and dance fitness classes are where the magic happens. These are not just workouts, they are high-energy parties meant to release stress and boost mental health. You do not need to be a dancer to join, you just need to be ready to sweat and let go.
Mental Health and Discipline
Living with ADHD and Bipolar disorder has shaped how I coach. I know the invisible struggle of just showing up. My 14-week online group bootcamps at 6:30 AM are designed to build the discipline you need to carry into the rest of your day. It is not about being perfect, it is about being consistent.
