I don't just coach fitness, I live it by consistently stepping out of my comfort zone. Here is a look at my journey through competitions and endurance challenges.

Flipping a massive tire during the Cult Unbound Championship. This event tested our functional strength and endurance, proving that our training prepares us for any challenge.

Teamwork in action. My partner and I worked together to conquer every obstacle, showing the power of support and shared determination during a high-intensity fitness competition.

Though I'm more of a lifter than a runner, I gave my all in the running portion of the championship. It's all about pushing your boundaries and embracing the struggle.
