Pushing Limits: Bodybuilding & Fitness Events in Bengaluru
I don't just coach fitness, I live it by consistently stepping out of my comfort zone. Here is a look at my journey through competitions and endurance challenges.
Flipping a massive tire during the Cult Unbound Championship. This event tested our functional strength and endurance, proving that our training prepares us for any challenge.

Though I'm more of a lifter than a runner, I gave my all in the running portion of the championship. It's all about pushing your boundaries and embracing the struggle.

Whether it is flipping heavy tires or testing my stamina in a stadium run, I treat these events as the ultimate test of my training, and I bring that exact same 'do not quit' energy to every training session I lead.
These events push me far outside my comfort zone, which is exactly where real growth happens. I am naturally a lifter, not a long-distance runner, but stepping onto the track for the EnerJiya 24-Hour Stadium Run taught me more about mental resilience than any gym session ever could.
