Fitness should be a celebration, not a chore. My Zumba and dance fitness classes are high-energy parties where we burn calories, boost our mood, and get lost in the music. I offer both group classes and sessions for corporate events.

More Than Muscle: My Journey

My path to fitness is deeply personal and rooted in my own battles with mental health. I share my story of living with ADHD and Bipolar Disorder not for sympathy, but to show that fitness can be a tool for survival, healing, and finding strength in vulnerability.
