About Additional Work
I do not believe in standing around while you do all the work. Whether we are pushing through a technical bodybuilding split at a partner gym in Bangalore or hitting a 6:30 AM online bootcamp, I am right there sweating next to you. My goal is to make fitness a sustainable part of your lifestyle, not just a temporary chore.
When you train with me, you are getting more than a set of exercises. You get a partner who understands the struggle of showing up on the hard days. I live with ADHD and Bipolar disorder, and my fitness journey is how I manage that intensity. I bring that same discipline and understanding to my coaching.
My programs are designed to be varied and realistic:
- 14-Week Strength Transformation: This is my signature online program. We meet early, we move with purpose, and we focus on building a foundation that lasts. It includes everything from strength training and HIIT to yoga and nutrition guidance.
- In-Person Training: If you are in Bangalore, we can work together at gyms like Cult Yelahanka or HRX JP Nagar. This is where we focus on heavy lifting, form correction, and the mechanics of hypertrophy.
- Bodybuilding & Aesthetics: For those looking to step on stage or just level up their physique, I provide focused mentorship. We track your progress, adjust your macros, and monitor fatigue to ensure you reach your goal without burning out.
Fitness is meant to be fun. If you like music, some chaos, and a trainer who keeps it real, you will fit right in. No judgment, no pretense, just hard work and a bit of rhythm.
