I don’t just train bodies; I train for mental clarity. My journey with ADHD and Bipolar has taught me that sometimes, the hardest step is just showing up, but you never have to do it alone.

This is me, finding my way back from a dark place. Fitness is my anchor, the discipline that helps me navigate the storm inside my mind and rise again, every time.

Some days, just showing up is a battle. This image represents the fight to reclaim my body and mind when they feel like they've betrayed me. It's a reminder that we are resilient.

On my birthday, I celebrated survival. My journey with neurodivergence means consistency looks different for me, and every time I get back up is a victory worth honoring.

The glow after pushing through. This selfie was taken after teaching four classes on no sleep while battling a depressive episode. It's a testament to how much I love what I do and how it can pull me through the toughest moments.

Another post-class selfie, another moment of gratitude. The satisfaction of giving my clients a great experience gives me the strength to keep fighting my own battles.

About More Than Muscle: My Journey

I understand that showing up is often the hardest part, especially when your brain is fighting against you. In my sessions, we do not chase unrealistic fitness standards. We focus on functional strength and movement that makes you feel alive. Whether it is our 6:30 AM online bootcamp or in-person dance fitness, I am sweating right there with you, making sure you feel supported every step of the way.
