I’ve been there. The picture on the left is my starting point, the right is the result of years of relentless work. I know the struggle because I’ve lived it, and I use that experience to guide your own body transformation.

Squatting 140kgs. Building a strong foundation is everything. In our one on one sessions, I focus heavily on perfecting your form for compound lifts like the squat to maximize your strength gains and prevent injury.
