About The Zumba & Dance Fitness Party
We don't do 'perfect' choreography here. My sessions are specifically designed for mental release—we focus on high-energy rhythms, simple steps that get your heart rate up, and just enough chaos to make sure you forget your day. Whether it's a corporate event or our regular classes at partner gyms like Cult Yelahanka, expect to sweat, laugh when we mess up, and leave feeling lighter.
My Approach to Dance Fitness
I believe fitness needs to be fun to be sustainable. If you are stressed, bored, or just need to get out of your own head, my Zumba and dance fitness classes are the place to be. I don't care if you have two left feet. In fact, some of the best classes happen when we all mess up the steps and end up laughing at ourselves.
What to Expect
My sessions are a mix of high-energy rhythms and simple, repetitive movements designed to improve your cardiovascular health and boost your mood.
- No Pressure: We keep it judgment-free. Whether you are a fitness pro or just starting your journey, you fit in.
- Mental Health Focus: I often use dance as a tool to manage my own ADHD and Bipolar symptoms. You'll find that same energy—an environment that helps you ground yourself and just focus on the beat.
- Corporate & Event Packages: I frequently lead large groups for events like store openings (like at Decathlon) and corporate walkathons. I know how to command a crowd, bring the energy up, and ensure everyone—from the front row to the back—stays engaged and moving.
Locations & Logistics
I primarily train at partner facilities across Bengaluru, including Cult Yelahanka. We keep the music loud, the energy high, and the focus on consistency. If you want a trainer who will dance beside you rather than just count reps from the side, let’s get moving.
