I don’t just stand there and count your reps. Whether we are training 1-on-1 at a gym in Bengaluru or working through my 14-week online bootcamp, I’m in the trenches with you. My programs focus on hypertrophy and functional strength, but I prioritize safe form above everything else. If you are tired of guessing your workout splits or wondering if you're actually hitting your muscles correctly, we need to chat. Let’s build your foundation together.
How We Train
My approach isn't about chasing temporary trends. It’s about building a body that performs as well as it looks.
The 14-Week Strength Transformation This is my signature program. It’s a 3.5-month commitment to building habit and physique. We train 5-6 days a week at 6:30 AM via Zoom. I cover:
- Muscle Groups: A heavy focus on glute and quad development.
- Conditioning: HIIT and Tabata protocols mixed in to keep your cardiovascular health in check.
- Nutrition: You get macro-nutrient breakdowns. I don't give generic diets; we work on real numbers based on your body composition.
1-on-1 In-Person Coaching If you are in Bengaluru and want hands-on correction, I train at facilities like Cult Yelahanka and HRX Gym in JP Nagar. This is where we focus on technical heavy lifting—Smith machines, leg presses, and compound movements. I’m there to spot you, correct your posture, and ensure you’re training to failure safely.
For Aspiring Bodybuilders If you want to step on stage, you need more than just effort. I provide specialized mentorship covering:
- Posing Drills: Quarter turns and biceps shots.
- Peaking: Managing water and sodium loads for event day.
- Fatigue Monitoring: We track your sleep and physiological response to ensure you don't burn out before you peak.
Fitness is a tool for survival. Whether you are a total beginner or an athlete, my goal is the same: you leave the session with a smile, a bit more confidence, and tangible progress.
