Media Features and Fitness Projects
Beyond the gym floor, I share my journey to show that fitness is about mental strength as much as physical gains. Here is a look at my collaborations, media features, and the projects that define my approach.
I was thrilled to be featured on Radio City Kannada for their 'Beyond Muscles' segment, where I discussed my fitness journey and philosophy.
A poster for 'The Super Womania Project,' an event where I joined other experts to empower women through dance, functional training, and strength coaching.
A fitness modeling video showcasing my physique. I believe in being a product of my own methods, demonstrating the results of a curvy, strong, and healthy body.
A shot from a fitness model photoshoot. I love expressing the confidence and power that comes from years of dedicated training.
Another look from a professional photoshoot, capturing the intersection of fitness and personal style.
A black and white shot from a collaboration with HRX Gym. Gratitude inspires happiness, and happiness inspires productivity in and out of the gym.
About In the Spotlight
People often ask why I spend time on photoshoots and interviews. It is not for the fame. It is to show the real results of my 14-week transformations and to prove that you can be strong and curvy while fighting your own battles. When you see me featured on platforms like Radio City, it is about normalizing that strength looks different on everyone.
Whether I am on the radio talking about my 'Beyond Muscles' segment or collaborating with gyms like HRX, my goal is honesty. I do not believe in airbrushed perfection. My fitness journey is loud, chaotic, and completely authentic. When I collaborate on projects like 'The Super Womania Project', it is because I want to reach people who are tired of generic, uninspiring advice.
I am a bodybuilder and Zumba instructor, but I am also someone who lives with ADHD and Bipolar disorder. My media appearances allow me to break that stigma and show that you can thrive even on the days you struggle to get out of bed. If you are looking for a trainer in Bengaluru who understands the mental side of the grind, this is it.
What I bring to collaborations
- Functional Strength: I focus on movements that make your daily life easier, not just gym aesthetics.
- High-Energy Dance: My Zumba and dance fitness philosophy is about movement as medicine.
- Body Positivity: My photoshoots celebrate real muscle development and curves, showing that fitness is for every body type.
Finding your fit
If you want a trainer who keeps it real and does not feed you corporate jargon, let's talk. From the radio mic to the gym floor, my message remains the same: show up for yourself. If you are in Bangalore and want to start a 14-week transformation that actually respects your mental health while building your physical strength, send me a message. Let us get to work.
