When I train a client, we do not just focus on the 60 minutes we spend in the gym or during a home session. We look at your sleep patterns, how you handle social events, and your daily nutrition. I design your routine to handle your real-world constraints. If you have a busy travel schedule or frequent social commitments, we adjust your meal plans and training volume accordingly so you do not fall off track. You get custom macro-nutrient breakdowns, weekly adjustments, and direct access to me for accountability.
My approach avoids generic plans. If you are struggling with form, we fix it on every rep. If you need to hit a specific weight loss target for a wedding or event, we use metabolic conditioning to get you there safely. Fitness is a long game.
