A Look Inside Our Therapeutic Yoga Studio
Welcome to our space in Rajajinagar. We use clinical props like wall ropes and benches to make ancient healing techniques accessible, safe, and effective for everyone, regardless of age or current fitness level.

This video provides an anatomical breakdown of Chakrasana (wheel pose). It shows how the muscles of the back, legs, and arms work together to create this deep and energizing backbend.

About Our Studio & Practice in Action
You will notice the ropes, blocks, and benches in these photos. They are not just for show; these are clinical tools we use to safely decompress the spine or support deep stretches for people with chronic pain. When you walk in, we do not start with a generic sequence. We assess your movement patterns to identify where your body needs extra support, then we use these props to ensure you are healing your specific ailment, not just mimicking a pose you saw online.
Our studio in Rajajinagar is designed as a healing environment rather than a fitness gym. Here, we focus on the science behind the movement.
Why The Props Matter
If you have suffered from slip disc, sciatica, or chronic back pain, you know the fear of getting into a pose and making it worse. We use wall ropes and benches to create traction and alignment without putting dangerous pressure on your joints or nerves. This allows you to hold postures longer, which is essential for deep muscle release and recovery.
Beyond The Mat
Our sessions are not about flexibility; they are about functionality. We break down the anatomy of each posture so you understand why it is helping your specific condition—be it hormonal imbalances like PCOD, metabolic issues, or stress-related stiffness. You will find that our practice is structured around the principles of clinical yoga, where we monitor your micro-movements to correct posture patterns that have developed over years of sitting at desks or incorrect lifting.
Your First Visit
When you come to our studio, expect to be seen as an individual. We do not run large, generic classes where you just follow the instructor. We focus on low-ratio sessions where you get the guidance needed to ensure your alignment is safe. Whether you are dealing with years of accumulated stiffness or a recent injury, our goal is to give you the tools to manage your own health.
