About this collection
Choosing between sugar flowers and fresh blooms changes both the look and the longevity of your cake. Sugar flowers are completely edible, intricately sculpted, and perfect for keepsake style designs, while fresh flowers offer a soft, natural radiance that works beautifully for outdoor garden weddings.
My background as an architect shows up in how I build these floral cakes. Whether it is a 2-tier piece with organic roses or a 5-tier gravity-defying masterpiece, structural stability is non-negotiable. I use internal dowel supports so your cake travels perfectly and stays standing even through long receptions.
Sugar flowers are my passion. I spend hours hand-painting and shaping sugar petals, like my signature peonies and orchids, to look realistic. If you prefer the scent and soft texture of real flowers, I source pesticide-free, organic roses and baby’s breath. We will decide what fits your venue, as sugar flowers handle heat better, while fresh blooms bring that classic, romantic aesthetic.
If you are opting for a larger installation of 3 tiers or more, I personally handle the delivery and on-site assembly here in Bangalore. Your cake is a major part of your decor, and I make sure it is placed securely before you and your guests arrive.
