I use buttercream like an artist uses a canvas, creating textures, fresh floral arrangements, and delicate stenciled designs. Each cake is freshly baked right here in Bangalore, combining edible art with flavors you will love.

This cake is like an edible canvas. I used a palette knife with different colored buttercream to create this abstract, textured art piece, topped with shards of yellow sugar glass for a modern look.

About Floral & Buttercream Artistry

Buttercream is my medium of choice because it tastes exactly as good as it looks. Unlike heavy fondant, my designs rely on silky, stable buttercream that stays soft and creamy, which is why I love combining techniques like palette knife abstract art with fresh, food-safe flowers. It keeps the cake light and allows for that clean, modern finish you see in my gallery.
