Coming from an architectural background, I don't just bake; I build. Whether you need a gravity-defying 5-tier wedding structure for a grand ballroom or a delicate 2-tier engagement cake with fresh florals, I ensure the structural integrity matches the aesthetic. My cakes are engineered to stand tall and slice perfectly, ensuring every guest gets a clean, delicious piece.
When I design a cake, I look at it as a building. Using my background in architecture, I use internal support systems like dowels and acrylic separators for larger designs to ensure your cake stays flawless from my kitchen to your venue. But structure is only half the battle; taste is where the real work happens.
I am a firm believer that a cake should never be cloyingly sweet. I work with high-grade ingredients—French butter, couverture chocolate, and organic fruits—to create balanced flavor profiles.
