About Pork Specialties

We do not believe in shortcuts when it comes to pork. Every dish, whether it is our smoked pork with bamboo shoots or pork ribs with trotters, is cooked slowly to ensure the meat is tender and the flavors are deep. Because we prioritize freshness and authentic preparation, we cook everything on pre-order only.

At NCF, our pork specialties are about recreating the meals we grew up eating in Manipur. We understand that finding the right balance of smoke, spice, and texture is difficult in Delhi, which is why we handle the entire process ourselves.
