Every batch of our Andhra Mutton or Butter Chicken is prepared only after you confirm your order, using fresh poultry and masalas we grind in-house. Our Preparation Process
We source fresh poultry daily and avoid all pre-made pastes. Whether it is our tangy Raw Mango Coconut Chicken or our slow-cooked Mutton Curry, the base is built from scratch using fresh onion-tomato reductions and our proprietary spice blends. Because we cook in small batches, we can easily adjust the spice levels—just let us know if you prefer your meal mild or fiery.
