A complete Cheiraoba mathel (festive platter) served traditionally on a banana leaf. This feast includes everything from Sareng thongba and yongchak eromba to chak-hao kheer, bringing the authentic taste of Manipuri New Year to your celebration.

My Royal Manipuri Chakluk, a pure vegetarian thali served in traditional brassware. It’s an elegant and beautiful dining experience, perfect for pujas, ceremonies, or when you want to treat yourself to something special.

Our famous Kang festival khechri, served on a fresh lotus leaf. We prepared over 300 portions last season, and it’s a dish that truly captures the festive spirit of Ratha Yatra.

A close-up of one of my favorite dishes to cook: tender pork with yongchak (stink beans), soidon (fermented bamboo shoots), and whole garlic. The flavors are bold, authentic, and unforgettable.

This is my Manipuriness Relish Munch platter, a perfect collection of our best snacks. It features a mix of Singju, crispy Bora, spicy Kelichana, and Aloo mixture, great for sharing with friends over a cup of tea.

At NCF, our kitchen isn't about complex menus or fancy presentations. We are simply bringing the taste of Eramdam Manipur to Delhi homes. When you look at our featured dishes, you are seeing the same meals we cook for our own families and festivals.

Our food is defined by clean, punchy flavors. Take our Singju, for instance. It is not just a salad but a labor-intensive mix of finely chopped herbs, dried fish, and roasted chickpea powder that must be hand-mixed to get that specific texture. When we prepare our Royal Manipuri Chakluk or a grand Cheiraoba feast, we focus on the integrity of the ingredients, like the traditional Ooti or our signature black rice, Chak-hao.

We operate on a pre-order basis because we do not believe in keeping stock. If you are planning a gathering, whether it is a small lunch or a larger celebration, we bring the same attention to detail. We package everything carefully, especially our festival-specific items like the Ratha Yatra Khechri, to ensure the lotus leaf-served experience translates perfectly to your dining table.
