About Cheiraoba & Grand Festive Platters

When you order a grand festive platter from us, we do not just dump everything into one box. We pack your Sareng thongba, Ooti, and Chak-hao kheer across 10-12 separate, microwave-safe containers. This ensures the fish gravy never mixes with your rice and the fritters stay crunchy and fresh until you are ready to eat.

For us, Cheiraoba, Ningol Chakouba, and Kang are not just calendar dates—they are the heart of Manipuri culture. When you order a 'mathel lukoi' (grand platter), you are getting a meal prepared exactly how we would make it at home for our own families. We spend hours slow-cooking our Sareng thongba (Boal fish curry) and getting the Ooti texture just right.
