About Manipuri Singju & Snacks

Everything here is prepped only after you order, so when you get your Singju or Bora, it’s not sitting around. My Singju is packed fresh with lotus stem, chickpeas, roasted chickpea powder, and that signature kick of King Chilli, while the crispy fritters are fried in small batches to keep that crunch. It is the real deal—exactly how we would eat it back home with a cup of hot black tea.

We take pride in our ingredients, sourcing the right mix for our signature Singju, whether it’s the classic version, the seasonal Yongchak (stink bean) Singju, or the popular Mimi Singju that has become a go-to for our Delhi regulars. You will find lotus stem, crunchy chickpeas, and our special roasted chickpea powder in every bowl, creating those distinct textures that define Manipuri street food.

We also keep our Bora, Kelichana, and Aloo Mixture recipes classic. Our fritters are crispy, golden, and pair perfectly with a strong cup of Cha-ngang. For those who want more, we often include additions like boiled eggs or smoked fish powder to give it that punchy, earthy depth you would expect. Everything is packed hygienically to ensure it arrives at your door as fresh as it left our kitchen in Humayunpur. Whether you are planning a small gathering or just need a comforting evening snack to break the daily routine, these platters are designed to be shared and enjoyed with good vibes. Just reach out, and we will get it ready for your cravings.
