About Chicken & Duck Delicacies

Everything here is made strictly on pre-order, so the meat is always fresh and never frozen. Whether you want a whole chicken fry for a weekend get-together or our slow-cooked duck curry for a proper meal, we prep it with local herbs and traditional spices that you simply will not find in standard takeout.

When we cook chicken or duck, we don't look for shortcuts. Our goal is to bring the authentic flavours of Manipur into your Delhi home.

Traditional Chicken (Yen Thongba) Our classic chicken curry is the definition of comfort. We use a slow-cooking process that allows the spices to penetrate deep into the meat, resulting in a rich gravy that pairs perfectly with steamed rice. For those who want something with a crunch, our whole fried chicken and chicken lollipops are marinated in our signature spice blend and fried until golden, then served with our spicy house dip.

Duck Delicacies (Nganu Thongba) Duck has a deep, robust flavour that requires patience to get right. We prepare it in a traditional Manipuri style, simmering it slowly until the meat is tender and the gravy is thick and aromatic. It is a hearty dish, perfect for sharing with family or for anyone looking to try something beyond the usual chicken options.

The NCF Way of Eating We believe food tastes better when it is shared. Many of our chicken dishes, especially our chicken Singju salads, are designed to be served on lotus leaves for that added aromatic touch. Our Singju is a spicy, textured mix of finely chopped meat, fresh herbs, and King Chilli that provides the perfect contrast to our richer curries.
