We do not prepare pre-made batches that sit for hours. Because we source fresh fish and specific seasonal ingredients like bamboo shoots for our curries, we cook on pre-order. This ensures your Sareng thongba or Tharoi thongba arrives at your doorstep with the same flavour profile you would expect back home in Manipur.
