My slow-cooked Dal Makhni simmers for hours to get that creamy texture, and I use pure ghee for every dish. I do not use shortcuts or frozen ingredients, so please reach out in advance so I can plan the fresh prep for your event.
Everything I serve comes from my home kitchen in Noida. My journey began with family recipes passed down from my grandmother, and I still cook with that same intention today. Whether you need a heavy snack menu or a full North Indian feast, I handle the cooking process from scratch.
I focus on vegetarian, pure desi ghee cooking. My kebabs, like the Yam and Lotus Stem varieties, are handmade by me and my team. When you book a catering spread, we plan the menu together to ensure it fits your guest list.
I avoid frozen items. My slow-simmered Dal Makhni, rich Kadahi Paneer, and seasonal dry vegetables are cooked fresh on the day of your event. I also prepare traditional sweets like Panjiri and Besan Barfi for wedding favors or festive gifting.
Everything is packed in spill-proof containers to ensure it stays hot. If you have a smaller gathering or a potluck, I also offer my mains and curries by the kilogram. Just let me know your requirements, and we can sort out a menu that your guests will enjoy.
