This is my Kashmiri Kesar Gucchi Pulao, a true gourmet experience. It features rare wild morels cooked with fragrant basmati rice and saffron, served in a traditional pot with saalan, coriander chutney, and a special truffle burani raita.
You can never go wrong with a classic Tandoori Chicken. Mine is marinated overnight in a blend of spices and yogurt, then char-grilled in the tandoor until it's smoky, juicy, and falling off the bone.
This is my modern take on a seafood classic, the Green Chili Malai Prawns platter. It features succulent Andaman prawns in a creamy butter sauce, served as a complete meal with pulao, chutneys, and dips for a full dining experience.
For the true meat lover, I present the Rajasthani Junglee Maas. This is a rustic and spicy dry lamb dish, slow-cooked in A2 cow ghee with confit garlic and boriya chili for a deep, authentic flavor.
My vegetarian starters are just as exciting as the non-veg options. This is my Kerala Masala Arabi Chaap, where pan-fried colocasia is topped with an onion relish and tempered coconut, offering a unique South Indian flavor.
