Kids Martial Arts and Anti-Bullying Training

About this collection
We teach children how to recognize potential conflict and use verbal boundaries before resorting to physical techniques. In our anti-bullying program, students practice posture, eye contact, and de-escalation drills, ensuring they feel secure and empowered in any situation.
At NMFA in Malleshpalya, we believe that martial arts training for kids is about more than just fitness. We structure our classes to instill discipline and respect, blending elements of Karate, MMA, and BJJ to provide a well-rounded skill set.
Why Our Approach Works
- Confidence Through Competence: We avoid complex, theoretical moves. Instead, we focus on high-percentage techniques that work. When a child knows they can defend themselves, they carry themselves differently.
- Small Group Focus: We limit our batch sizes to 8 to 15 students. This ensures that every child gets individual attention from the coach, which is critical for learning form and safety.
- Safe Environment: We train on high-density EVA puzzle mats to minimize injury risk during throws or ground drills.
Our sessions are designed to be engaging, moving away from repetitive drill-work to active, fun fitness games that teach kids to stay alert. Whether your child is looking to build strength, learn self-defense, or simply find a healthy outlet for their energy, our academy provides a supportive space to grow. We focus on building a 'champion mindset' that helps them succeed not just in the dojo, but in school and daily life.
