Here we demonstrate a Krav Maga technique to counter a choke or grab. The focus is on immediate, decisive action to neutralize a threat and create an escape.

This drill focuses on blocking, trapping, and countering an attacker's punch. These are essential street defense skills for managing distance and creating an opening.

Basic Kumite, or sparring, is where students learn to apply their karate techniques. This drill helps develop timing, reaction speed, and control against a moving opponent.

Head movement is critical in boxing and self-defense. This drill teaches a student to slip and weave, avoiding punches while staying in position to counter.

About this collection

Street fights are messy and unpredictable, which is why we skip the purely decorative forms and focus on high-percentage techniques from Krav Maga and BJJ. Whether it’s learning to escape a chokehold or developing the head movement to slip punches, our training is about immediate application. You’ll practice these scenarios in our Malleshpalya studio on high-density mats, ensuring you build real muscle memory rather than just memorizing theory.

Because street encounters are chaotic, we strip away the non-essentials to teach you what actually works under pressure. Our hybrid curriculum pulls from Krav Maga for survival, MMA for grappling, and kickboxing for striking.

What You Will Learn

By training in small batches of 8 to 15 students at our Malleshpalya facility, you get enough individual correction from our instructors to ensure your form is tight.
