Pricing Guide
Regular Karate & Fitness Batch (3 Days/Week)
Schedule & Access
- Frequency: 3 days per week (12 sessions per month).
- Options: Mon-Wed-Fri or Tue-Thu-Sat batches.
- Duration: 60 minutes per session.
- Batch Size: Group training (approx. 10-15 students).
Core Curriculum
- Fundamentals: Instruction in Karate (Shitoryu/Goju Ryu) or Taekwondo basics.
- Technique: Stances, blocks, punches, and basic kicks.
- Forms: Practice of choreographed patterns (Kata/Poomsae) for belt grading.
- Conditioning: 15-20 mins dedicated to running, push-ups, and flexibility stretching.
Facility Specs
- Flooring: 25mm EVA interlocking puzzle mats.
- Equipment: Shared use of focus pads and kicking shields.
- Progression: Eligibility for periodic belt grading exams (fees separate).
Intensive Competition Program (6 Days/Week)
Schedule & Intensity
- Frequency: 6 days per week (Monday through Saturday).
- Focus: Accelerated training volume for rapid progression.
- Duration: 60 minutes daily session.
Advanced Modules
- Sparring (Kumite): Full-contact training with headguards and gloves.
- Weapons: Training with Nunchaku (foam/wood) and Silambam stick.
- Advanced Skills: Jump kicks, spinning kicks, and breaking techniques (tiles/boards).
Competition Prep
- Scenarios: Drills simulating State/National tournament environments.
- Mentorship: Direct focus on mental conditioning and competitive strategy.
- Leadership: Opportunities to assist junior batches.
1-on-1 Personal Coaching (Home or Studio)

- Type: Private 1-on-1 training.
- Location: Client's home or private slot at the studio.
- Frequency: 3 sessions per week (12 per month).

What We Teach
We cover a full mix of styles and activities:
- Karate basics for children and Taekwondo for young kids, including forms and sparring
- MMA and BJJ adapted for kids - safe, controlled, and modern
- Weapons training with nunchaku
- Fitness games for kids, gymnastics, and kids’ CrossFit to build strength and coordination
Progress & Recognition
Kids start as young as 4, no experience needed. They move up a formal belt system, earning certificates and seeing their work actually pay off. Plenty of our NMFA PRIDE students have brought home medals from state to international levels, but we always remind them: courage to keep going matters most.
Summer Camp Vibes
Every April, our martial arts summer camp brings together ages 4 to 15 for a jam-packed week: karate, taekwondo, gymnastics, self-defense, nunchaku, and games. Campers go home with a free nunchaku and a certificate - and memories for life.

My Story
Hey, we’re Team NMFA - Coach Praba here leading the pack. Martial arts isn’t just our work, it’s our heartbeat. I’ve got my golds and black belt, sure, but nothing beats watching our little champs, even the tiny ones, grow and win. We’re not just an academy, we’re a family. Every time someone walks out of a self-defense workshop feeling stronger, that’s the win we chase. Champions aren’t born, they’re made - one try at a time.
