I believe a coach must walk the path. See how I build strength, master technique, and push past limits every single day at my gym in RR Nagar.

My 10-year transformation in Olympic weightlifting shows the power of long-term dedication. I started at 22 and faced many struggles, but I never gave up on the process.

The final moments of a heavy clean and jerk in the gym. This is where training pays off, holding the weight overhead after a powerful and technical lift.

Here I am hitting a new personal record with a 205kg back squat. Foundational strength lifts like the squat are the bedrock of our training program.

About Leading by Example: My Training & Journey

Every lift you see here, from the 205kg squat to the technical snatches, is built on the same foundations I teach our members. I do not just program movements; I use the exact periodization and video analysis techniques I apply to my own training to ensure every rep has a purpose. When you train with me, you are learning how to prioritize mobility and bar path mechanics over moving weight with ego, ensuring you stay injury-free while you chase your personal records.
