Building Future Champions: Youth Program
We are passionate about developing the next generation of lifters. Our youth program for athletes under 14 focuses on building a strong technical foundation, discipline, and a love for the sport in a safe and encouraging environment.
Developing Explosive Power
Olympic weightlifting is about more than just strength, it's about speed and power. We integrate plyometric drills like box jumps, hurdle work, and vertical jump tests to build the explosive force needed for a powerful snatch and clean and jerk.
The Barbellhouse Community
Barbellhouse is more than a gym, it's a team. We host our own weightlifting championships to foster friendly competition and celebrate progress, and we welcome experts to share their knowledge with our members.
