Forget about heavy plates for now. In our U-14 sessions, every athlete starts with a wooden dowel or PVC pipe. We obsess over your child's overhead position and hip mechanics before they ever touch a loaded bar. It is safe, it is methodical, and it is how we build athletes who don't get injured.

When I started weightlifting at 22, I had to unlearn years of bad habits. With our Youth Development Program, we make sure that doesn't happen. By using lightweight technique bars and wooden dowels, we focus entirely on motor skills and agility. It is about movement quality, not ego.

Parents often ask if lifting is safe for kids—the answer is yes, when you prioritize discipline over load. We integrate plyometric drills and sprinting alongside technical snatch and clean and jerk practice. This is where your child learns that consistency and hard work are the only ways to the podium.

Whether they are training for the State Mini Olympic Games or just want to get faster for their specific sport, we provide the environment to do it.
