Fitness is not just for adults. At Namma, our youth programs turn training into a game of discipline, strength, and community where every kid belongs.

Meet Nayomi and Navya, two of our strong young athletes. I believe in empowering kids to understand their own strength, and it's amazing to hear them talk about hitting a 50kg deadlift and the confidence they get from training with friends. This is what it's all about: building capability and busting myths about youth fitness.

About Our Namma Crew

When your child joins a session here, they are not just signing up for a class, they are joining a crew. We enforce a strictly digital-free zone, meaning for that hour, the screens are gone and it is just them, their coaches, and their peers. They learn to move right—squatting, jumping, and lifting under constant supervision—but the real win is watching them learn to cheer for the person next to them when the workout gets tough.
