I teach young athletes how to lift safely and build real strength. The program focuses on mastering fundamental movements like squats, deadlifts, and overhead presses with proper form before adding weight, ensuring a solid foundation for lifelong fitness and injury prevention.

Agility, Speed & Play

Fitness for kids should be fun, not a chore. I use a mix of track and field drills, cone exercises, and dynamic games to improve speed, coordination, and cardiovascular health, keeping them engaged and excited to move.

Kids Combat Sports

I offer boxing and MMA training that teaches discipline, focus, and self-confidence in a controlled environment. Kids learn proper striking techniques on pads and bags, building physical skills and mental toughness.
